2. Products & Custom Orders
All our motocross graphics and products are made to order. Upon purchase, customers will receive a proof for approval before production. Custom orders are non-refundable once approval is given and production has started.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Westeffex and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment methods.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on location and order volume. Westeffex is not responsible for delays once the product is handed to the courier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on approved orders unless the product is defective or an error was made on our end. All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Westeffex is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use our products or services.
