At Westeffex, we aim to get your custom motocross graphics delivered quickly and securely. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Processing Time
All graphics kits are made to order. After you approve your design proof, please allow:

Production time: 3–7 business days

Rush orders: Available on request (additional fees may apply)
We’ll notify you via email once your order is in production and again when it ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship Australia-wide and offer international shipping. Shipping timeframes (after dispatch) are:
Australia:

Standard: 2–6 business days

Express: 1–3 business days
International:

Standard: 7–14 business days (varies by country)
Please note that rural or remote areas may take longer.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on qualifying orders.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.
5. Delays & Liability
Westeffex is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events. Once an item leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping provider.
If your order is delayed or missing, contact us and we’ll assist you in lodging an inquiry with the courier.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Westeffex is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assess the situation and work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement or claim through the courier.
