Returns & Refunds Policy

 

At Westeffex, every graphics kit is made-to-order — uniquely designed to fit your bike and style. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific return and refund conditions outlined below.

 


 

 

1. Custom Products – No Change of Mind Returns

 


Because our motocross graphics are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect model selection, or if you decide you no longer want the item after placing the order.

 


 

 

2. Design Proof Approval

 


Before printing, a digital proof is sent to you for approval. Please review this carefully. Once approved, your design goes into production and no further changes or cancellations can be made.

 


 

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 


If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect:

 

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Email orders@westeffex.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We’ll assess the issue and, if eligible, arrange a replacement or refund

 

 


 

 

4. Shipping Issues

 


Westeffex is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or damages caused by shipping carriers. However, we’re happy to help you lodge a claim with the courier and assist where possible.

 


 

 

5. Return Shipping

 


If a return is approved for any reason, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or faulty.

 


 

 

6. Refund Process

 


Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.
